We are proud to have supported Karen Webster in the development of her brand and marketing of her Trauma Stewardship Programme.  The TSP was piloted in the Royal Bournemouth NHS Trust and subsequently adopted as scheme to help those in the critical care team cope with their daily exposure to excessive trauma.  It couldn’t have come at a more poignant time, with the onset of Covid, and Bournemouth NHS are looking to make it available to staff throughout the Trust
